The directors of Hypnosense Ltd. are not responsible for any mishaps or circumstances occurring as a result of your use of any of our materials. You are advised to ensure that 'normal' safeguards are in place before inducing hypnosis in another individual or providing any therapy for an individual.

All purchases from this website must be prepaid. Postage and packing charges are not included in the purchase price but are clearly shown at the checkout; cancellation of your purchase at that point incurs no penalty.

Where a downloadable product is available, you will receive a download link at the point of sale; you can also go back to your account within 4 days to download again, up top a total of 3 downloads. Where physical copies are concerned, these will be despatched within two working days, stock levels permitting. On the rare occasion that we are awaiting stock, you will be informed immediately and may cancel your order without penalty if you wish. Please allow 48 hours for delivery in the UK, longer if you live elsewhere.

If you are dissatisfied with any product, a refund will be made immediately upon us being informed of your reason for dissatisfaction - this is a 'no quibble' guarantee wherein no challenge will be made to your reason for requesting a refund.

No product confers any rights of resale; recording of any of our scripts for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden though you may record them for the use of individual clients. The background music for sale on this site is, in the main, copyright free and you may use it as background for commercial recordings though you may not sell it 'as is' as background music.

The directors of Hypnosense reserve the right to make such changes to these Terms and Conditions as may be deemed necessary from time to time.

None of the terms stated in this document affect your statutory rights as a purchaser.
